Returns & Exchange Policy
- Refunds are not in cash - customer will be issued a coupon of same value valid for Online Store ONLY, which can be used immediately or in the future. Please study your coupon details carefully for better understanding.
- Products purchased on sale or during promotions cannot be exchanged, returned or refunded.
- Due to the differences in color monitors/screens and lighting used during photo-shoots, the exact color or texture of the final item may slightly vary from what is seen on screen, therefore products cannot be exchanged for this reason. Refund of any product(s) will take place, if the product(s) received has any manufacturing defect.
- We have a ‘No Refund’ policy. However, refunds may be allowed in exceptional cases where the product is out of stock or has a manufacturing defect.
- Currently, we do not offer any refunds or exchanges for international online orders.
- Please note that in case of credit card payment, you will receive your refund after the verification process. Payment refund can take up to 15 working days.
- Company reserves the right to cancel any order at any stage due to product unavailability or any other reason. Customer will be notified via email.
